Airplane Geeks Podcast

The German word 'fremdschämen' sums up nicely the 'Airplane Geeks' listener experience. Multiple milquetoasts carry their useless politics, banner style, combined with that great killer of panel discussions everywhere — a furious hesitance to recognize when no one is saying anything material about the alleged topic. No, milk it for another 90 seconds of blefhthowitzing! Knew I'd heard the last of these drips when a supposed pro lawyer announced to the world that her canvassing for a legal expert regarding piloting CRJs shouldn't be deemed exclusive, as the bar for entry had reached floor level. Helluva trial strategy. Believe it was the same woman who extolled the durability of CRJs in not fuselage-fracturing… after catastrophic main gear failure from a hard landing. Huh? Think I'm going to skip law school to go on the expert witness circuit, and I've this otherwise useless podcast to thank for my shiny new horizon.

Stay off the politics. We get you don’t like Trump. Talk about anything aviation related that doesn’t include politics. Jeez

My first episode wasn’t even 5 min in and it got rather political. Should have read the reviews several say the same thing. Take the hint guys

The hosts are not engaging. Very sleepy. I’ve listened to two shows and won’t listen to anymore. The hosts apparently can’t help themselves from letting their political opinions not so subtly slip into reading the news.
