Great episode, I wish you gave more details on every hack in this episode Maybe have another episode to expand more in detail? For example, 1. how to find the document to find if the procedure or drug is covered by insurance? 2. How to get a cheaper test through 3rd party, because our doctor is affiliated with local hospital, it’s usually a lot more expensive than independent one, doctor are willing to fax the diagnose test to any facility, it’s just very difficult to figure out what exactly the procedure is called. There are so many names and the price vary significantly. 3. You also talk a lot about using AI to analyze and summarize all your data, can you give us more detail how to do that thanks

I always listen to this podcast but the Nov. 12th episode is the only one I’ve ever shared with my wife. Great give and take from a couple and relatable content on so many different topics. Thanks for sharing these pieces of your life. Kyle

Great (albeit repetitive) content that is immediately applicable. Mired by numerous ad breaks featuring the same ad reads over, and over, and over

Turns ”Adulting” into a game

JonahWy9/23/2025

Navigating the responsibilities of adulthood can be overwhelming and confusing. Do you have a will? Maybe you need a trust? Is your retirement on track? Which bank account is best? How do you pick a cellphone plan? Chris manages to turn many of these grown up duties from anxiety inducing chores into games of strategy. Games I now feel I can win. I’m hooked.
