Correct but Exhausting

queefburglarsixtynine•9/12/2026

I’ve been listening occasionally for a couple of years. When this show is at its best I learn something new, but even though I fundamentally agree with the host’s point-of-view, his seething resentments and blowhard affect make it hard to listen to him. His voice is now the sound I hear whenever I read correct-but-insufferable social media comments.

Oh the irony

So a narrow-minded podcast about AI that criticizes the narrow-minded hypists.

Doomer boomer hyperbole

Been listening since CES 2025, and it’s all the sky is falling, but nothing actually falls. It’s good to be critical, but the host has just staked his position as contrarian and refuses to budge.

I just wish These men considered women people

The temerity to say the problem of the world is that no one has a spine after describing only women who were brave enough to stand up to this administration

Decent, needs to get away from iheart

RamblingTurian•6/29/2026

I do appreciate the podcast and ed’s research into the financial ouroborous that is the genAI industry, however I find him repeating his points a *lot* over all his episodes and articles. Several episodes exist to make the same point. The other issue is iheart. CZM is cool (it’s in the name) but hearing ads for AI services (including one that does investing based on an AI prompt) makes it feel hypocritical. I know we all need to make money but I feel like a patreon would be best here.
