Ok show, but way too many ads.

I really enjoy listening to the show and watching the videos on YouTube. I am always learning new things, and the latest episode about the estimated healthcare costs was another great one that provided a ton of information as well as an excellent tool to estimate your healthcare costs.

I used to love where they would deep dive into guests that are working towards FI but need direction on what to do. I think that’s majority of people who listen to this show and it’s nice to see where others are at. Had to stop listening because they just seem to focus on people who hit FI or just repeat topics. I had to stop listening to the show. It’s not the same.

I really have been enjoying the non real estate episodes. Please keep them coming!

I have been encouraged and received helpful advice on my way to fire. I like the actual numbers break downs and the realistic plans they lay out. I’m hoping the reach coast fire in the next year and am using Mindy’s “Live-in flip” strategy to build wealth to reach my full fire number faster.
