I love how Wilkins coaches by asking questions rather than giving opinions. She’s a great teacher for the rest of us who are working to hone our coaching skills.

So much food for thought - I learn something from every single episode. And listening to Muriel as she digs in to identity the root issues - brilliant! Keep up the great work!

I have been listening to Muriel Wilkinson for years now and I have learned so much from her podcast. every time I listen to a show, I wish I could have a private session with her. Unfortunately, I can’t afford it, but the podcast is a fantastic second option. It is perfect for anyone looking for an objective, realistic, human centered, empathetic and non-judgmental advice and coaching to a possible solution. I highly recommend it.

Lots of conversations resonated well with my struggles

At first I was very skeptical about how helpful this is cause it’s not customized to each person’s problem. But I can always find an episode that address my similar situation. Now this becomes my fav podcast when I’m hiking/running.
