Amazing podcast for any music lover
Thoroughly well researched with a lot of interesting facts and anecdotes. Nice work sir! I’d be happy to donate to keep things going if you’re still doing this. But we haven’t heard much from you in the past few years.
I Hate Country Music…
…or at least I thought I did. Tyler Mahan Coe changed all of that with this podcast. The word “masterful” seems to pop up a lot in reviews for this podcasts but only because no synonym seems appropriate or does it justice. I have listened to both seasons 5+ times. With zero hyperbole Cocaine & Rhinestones is an American classic and Coe an American treasure. I will spring a stiffy the day Season 3 comes out. Tyler if you’re reading this, take all the time you need and trust your process. If you agree with this review and aren’t a patron of his Patreon stop what you’re doing and change that right now. This is the kind of thing that we must cherish and support.
Best of all time
This is one of two of my favorite podcasts of all time. I recommend it to everyone. It’s so well researched. And the care put into the separate threads in the beginning, and how they fit into the entire narrative, is masterful. I’ve listened multiple times and get things I’ve missed each time.
Narration
The narrator sounds way too much like AI, to get invested emotionally. I guess I’m just weird though…
Together Again
Listening for the second time!
