The new short format is not that satisfying, issues can barely be touched on and then we are directed to pay for the classes. It’s disappointing bc this form of monetizing deprives the listening experience… It’s really important content, too bad I’m too broke in disability to keep paying and paying for subscriptions

This is the kind of content I want when I want to learn but don’t want to add to my overwhelm and stress. I feel calmer, energized, and grounded after listening to episodes (instead of activated and stressed like other media).

I treasure this podcast. Ayana is an extraordinary interlocutor. I am writing because I just listened to the Sophie Strand interview. Several times in her very opinionated view of the world she shared beliefs and opinions that are just that, but which have basis in truth or fact. One can tell wondrous stories of the living world that dissolve one’s sense of “self.” Her stories do the opposite though it is obviously not her intention.

For sleep- quiet voices, ad free, folks talking to make the world a better place….it never fails to help me slip back to sleep on a morning where I have woken up at dawn and need a few more hours. Awake - the conversations are poignant, moving, inspiring, hopeful….i find myself writing things down and savoring. 5 stars.

Listeners should know that Ayana is blocking everyone asking why she is silent on Palestine. She will do literally anything but have an actual Palestinian fighting for liberation on this podcast. She’s a Zionist and a fraud.
