Beautiful work

One of the things I love most about Amber Cammidge’s Declutter Your Chaos podcast is that it’s about so much more than getting organized. First, I appreciate the way she breaks seemingly overwhelming tasks into manageable bites. There’s something deeply calming and empowering about her approach. But what I find most beautiful is that she places decluttering in the context of living a meaningful life. We’re not simply clearing physical spaces—we’re also untangling mental clutter and questioning some of the patriarchal, perfectionistic, and unhealthy expectations that keep us overwhelmed. As a drama therapist and someone who teaches health communication, I find her work thoughtful, compassionate, and deeply resonant. Although her primary audience is women, it speaks to me as a man who has long questioned rigid gender norms and binaries. The themes she explores—overwhelm, meaning, self-care, and intentional living—are profoundly human. What I hear in her podcast is not just advice about tidying. I hear an invitation to edit the script of our lives, release what no longer serves us, and make room for what truly matters. Beautiful work

Dvd player

I just listened to a 2022 episode including throwing away your dvd player 😂- I get that it may not be a great date night but recently found one @ my parent’s place and it has been so fun for the kids - playing dvds from the library. Also I needed to take deep breaths on the rec to tell my kid we will go get a new toy and then donate the one he likes! Got a good clean in tho listening thanks!

A MUST LISTEN for anyone wanting to improve their life from the inside out.

I found Amber’s podcast Declutter Your Chaos during my winter break, and I am not kidding when I say it has changed everything. I’ve tried searching for decluttering resources before, but nothing actually taught me how to declutter until this. In one week I cleared my whole home (only the garage is left!) and I feel so calm. I love that I can open any cabinet or closet and know exactly what’s in it. I feel like I can finally attract what I want and focus on quality > quantity. Amber literally walks you through the process step-by-step, and I cannot explain how life changing that has been for me. I always struggled with letting go of my stuff there was always an excuse: it was expensive, maybe I’ll wear it later, etc. But with Amber guiding me, I was actually able to release all the extra unnecessary stuff that was keeping me overwhelmed and stagnant (release the past) and step into the now. Her authenticity and realness come through the mic. This podcast is a gift, truly. A must listen for anyone wanting to improve their life from the inside out. P.S. I absolutely love how you tie this in with the nervous system - how to regulate, how to release, how to be present, why we should let go and how to let go. You are a gem.

Definitely worth listening to

Amazing how well she knows me and we have never met. I only wish I had found her sooner. Amber has a different insight to why decluttering has not been something I could accomplish before. I don’t usually listen to podcasts on a regular basis - this one I will try to listen to everything she has posted. Her words have struck me at my core - and her suggestions have already helped me - and after only a few listens. I am looking forward to the possibility of a decluttered future thanks to her insight. I highly recommend listening to Amber Cammidge’s podcasts. They are very enlightening and definitely worth the listen.
