Loved the creator economy interview
I thought this interview did a great job of explaining how the business works from the creators' agents' POV while flagging the threat that AI may pose very soon to creators.
The eyes have it
I don’t come for the guests or the topics or the tech. I come for the mellifluous voice, his yacht rock vibe and to get lost in his eyes. Oh, and of course, Taylor Swift. She’ll show. A 🧒 can hope?😘😎☺️🙈😏😁😳
just YouTube shows without video, still great though
All of the Verge podcasts need a podcast app video option. This one is OK but the other shows have seemingly a dozen (fascinating and well-informed!) people interrupting each other, visual aids, and videos. At least make one available for The Verge subscribers, please, many of us don’t also subscribe to YouTube and find it completely unusable and even offensive. This particular podcast has some really great interviews with journalists and experts, and some absolutely infuriating interviews with the worst, most sociopathic, dishonest, delusional, self-important, and media-trained people in the world: big tech executives. (And some wanna-bes.)
Not Just For Techbros!!
A podcast that talks about tech with normal people in mind? Who would have imagined such a thing could exist. It is refreshing to hear talk about tech take the social world into account instead of pretending it doesn’t exist. This podcast gives a way better perspective than most tech podcasts. The hosts care about “why” questions and not just bootlicking for billionaires
Great podcast delving into the intricacies of tech and business!
