This has helped me sleep on a number of occasions, like for example after I wake up in the middle of the night from a nightmare I just drop back off to sleep after five minutes. I would definitely recommend it because I just skip past the ads and get ready for sleep. (My personal fav is the Japanese garden ambiance)

This is one of the only podcasts I can actually listen to because all the other podcasts have way to many ads, and I’ve been trying to find a new podcast so i’d recommend this!

I like the meditation and the brown noise. It really helps me relax my mind and helps me sleep easily. These podcasts are really helpful to the mind!
