The narrator is so lovely, and the lit choices perfect, but the outrageously loud ads at the end are so alarming that I couldn’t risk another listen. I happily (and very gratefully!) subscribe to several “sleepy” podcasts after giving them a trial run, but the terrifyingly-placed ads here definitely scared me off.

Best Reading Voice!

I’ve listened to most of the sleepy time podcast and DTS is def the best…I just wish there were regular uploads.

What we all need right now!

I know MadMorph from his YouTube channel but only started listening to his free book readings on his podcast and man… it’s the best thing to listen to! Whether you are trying to fall asleep or you’re working on an embroidery or knitting project, this is the best company! I feel I’m staying away from doom scrolling because of his soothing voice! Thank you so much for the free readings!! 🙏🏼💕

Loud ads at the end of the story!

I used to love the stories from this podcast but now there are loud ads at the end of the stories! This is supposed to help people sleep but it has loud jarring ads after you fall asleep to startle you awake. I have stopped listening to these and have moved on to Drift Off.

Loud Ads

Used to be one of my favorite podcasts to help drift off to sleep. Last story I listened to ended with LOUD jarring ads, jolting me awake. What’s the point? Ad placement (beginning only) is critical for this genre.
