This one stuck with me. Wolfe Lanier's idea of the "committee" in our heads, the inner voice that's often crueler to us than any stranger would be, is something I talk about with clients all the time, just never framed that clearly. The conversation about how our voice shifts depending on who's in the room, and what happens when that voice doesn't match who we actually want to be, gave real, concrete language to something that usually stays pretty abstract. Great episode, well worth the listen if you've ever gone blank in front of a room.

I seriously enjoyed this podcast as it was one of the first that delved into the many aspects of what life is like on a boat sailing around the world. Zander, having sailed, asked poignant and relevant questions that sparked an insightful and intriguing conversation. I can't wait to go back and listen!
