RSD
Please consider building on the rejection sensitive dysmorphia episode and invite an expert to talk about how to survive living with someone who has RSD. We are the invisible forgotten victims and would welcome any advice (beyond walking on eggshells and censoring ourselves forever) on how to survive these relationships. Thank you.
Sometimes helpful - Too much HRT
I came to this podcast to learn more about ways to manage menopause. I get that HRT has its place but as a breast cancer survivor, I want to stay away from HRT. The most recent episode I listened to discussed the importance of HRT as it pertains to bone health and she provided very scary statistics. However, she gave no time to non-HRT alternatives, which was extremely disappointing. I understand she is a proponent of HRT and I understand a lot of people find it very helpful, but I wish she were more balanced. It’s not the first episode. I’ve had this experience, just the most recent.
Perimenopause lifeline
I’ve been listening to Everyday Wellness for about 5 years and I appreciate Cynthia’s insights, her wide range of guests and practical advice. There are things she has addressed on her show that I have changed in my health journey. Occasionally there have been recommended supplements or routines that are confusing to implement without a consulting practitioner but I always appreciate the information and ideas to research and will continue to listen!
Informative and Trusted
I love, love, love Cynthia’s podcast! She seems to be on the leading edge of information for mid-life women. I appreciate her transparency and serious guests. One kind criticism which I hope her team takes to heart: when a podcast is re-played a second or third time, rather than titling it “Bonus”, consider using a word like “Replay”.. When Dr. Gersh’s podcast appeared in my feed recently, I looked at my history and see that the episode has appeared at least four times. I know she’s tremendously popular, but I already listened to it and don’t want to have to research to determine whether an episode is new or a repeat. Again, love the content Cynthia puts out!
