Way too much banter

Everyone has good takes and is extremely knowledge. However, these guys chit chat and small talk way way way too much before and during the segments. Guys, you are on television we are here to improve our fantasy knowledge, not hear about how you honked at Matthew on your way to work. Goodness. I applaud Connor for trying to keep everyone in line but Jay and Matthew need to save their small talk for after the episode.
