Fasting For Life is for people who want to regain control of their health through Intermittent fasting, OMAD, alternate day fasting, and extended fasting to simplify their day-to-day life. Great podcast

I’m a nutrition and fasting coach myself, and I’m always looking for inspiration and ways to keep learning. I found your podcast, and really enjoy the fact driven approach. Hey, coaches also need a little extra motivation from time to time too. I have a question I would love to hear your thoughts on regarding episode 296. Where the TRE group didn’t gain as much strength, my thought is; what if they tested the strength after a refeed? I’m willing to bet that the results would be much closer. What do you think? -Sylvia

Episode 330 release coincided with my 3rd Fastiversary so it really rang true for me. Thanks for the continuously great info and advice. I couldn’t have done it without you guys guiding the way. Each episode is a building block that makes up the foundation of my fasting lifestyle providing education and motivation. I have kept off over 50lbs, increased muscle mass and have better metabolic health than I did when I was in my 20’s, which is 3 decades ago. People always ask me what did I do. When I tell them I do IF they always say they could never do it. I respond, “ how is what you doing now working for you!?” Keep up the good work!!

Starting from epi 1

I started from episode 1. Lots of great info, truly, but I’m starting to get a little over the toot tooting of these men and their perfect life. I can’t tell them apart, but one fellow just talks about his perfect schedule and has been waxing long about stuff that isn’t IF-related. It’s more about life and work-life balance. It’s starting to feel like a self-help program rather than the science of IF. Maybe they’re struggling about content? I’m hoping they get back on topic rather than life hack help. I’m hanging on, hoping they get to science rather than “I had some problems and solved them all and you can solve all your problems if you follow my lead”

Great Information

Wonderful podcast! Lots of valuable information given to us each week. I have been fortunate enough to join TWO of their Fasting Challenges and found great success with it. I love to binge on the podcast while I work which keeps me hyped about fasting. Thank you, gentlemen for everything that you do for the fasting community. I’d give y’all a 100 star review if I could!! ~Gloria

Actions I have taken!

I found the podcast in late November. Started listening to you on my 50 minute commute, so 3-4 everyday. I started at episode 1. I quit dabbling and really focused in January while I was weaning off the glp. I am up to early fall 2023 and waiting for you any comments on glps. I am down a total of 90 lbs. Dec 25 -9 January 26 -21 and Feb 26 -8. Thank you for helping me open my eyes. Looking forward to warm weather to get outside to ramp up the movement. Any advice as I bicycle many miles as fast as I can, so high intensity, on how to manage OMAD with workouts like this?
