I’ve listened to a lot of episodes of this podcast. The Holy War episode was top tier. I’ve enjoyed all of Monte’s works but this episode was so informative and as always still entertaining. Monte, you’re a gem, so glad to have found your voice.

I follow Monte on IG and began listening to episode 1 on an afternoon bike ride. It was a much needed physical self-care activity that turned into something deeper. While I was biking, Monte introduced herself and started speaking about the importance of pacing ourselves, staying healthy and building community while digesting our current situation in America. Monte is smart, motivating and compassionate. She is a powerful anchor in turbulent times and my experience of her and her approach is 100% aligned with my core values of life with agency and respect.
