So much of the business/entrepreneurship conversation is about mindset and yes, that’s helpful. However Farya goes deeper to have a more nuanced conversation about the real skill set needed by entrepreneurs - nervous system tools. This is a must-listen if you’ve ever wondered “If I’m so smart, why can’t I figure XYZ (insert your pattern) out?”

I think there’s a lot of biz podcasts, and a lot of mindset/trauma/healing podcasts, but not many where the 2 are blended! And in this day and age where more and more people are starting to work for themselves, find their own path, they’ll realize they have so much unaddressed trauma that’s hindering growth. I know I did! So love that Farya is focusing on this, and creating a safe space for us traumatized CEOs! @gloriachoupr

Learned so much about myself

This podcast made my ambitious self feel so seen. There are many patterns and personality traits I’ve noticed as someone who’s always reaching for the next thing, but sometimes feels unsettled around it. It’s like Farya sees and says the struggles in my brain that I can’t put words too. So enlightening!!

Insightful

First, can we talk about how soothing Farya’s voice is? I could listen all day… But I’m also so hooked by her framing and insights around trauma for high-achievers. She’s given me a ton to think about- Highly recommend!
