I listen to this class everyday without fail. I wait for it to be uploaded. There is no podcast like this. The perfect mix of depth and spiritual growth but with an athlete state of mind. In an authentic voice, Gedale shares all his knowledge with primary sources from Rabbi Nachman and Breslov, And he introduces all his life learnings as someone committed to growth for the mind, body and soul. Anyone who needs true motivation and hope, will find this so incredibly abundant.

I’m so glad to have found Gedales podcast. I’ve learned so much and I laugh every time I hear his podcast. He teaches in a way that’s relatable and you can apply it to everyday life and situations. I hope that he would do a one day seminar here in Miami. I would so definitely attend. Lots of wisdom and love the way he teaches it.💫
