Glamorous Trash: A Celebrity Memoir Podcast

As a conservative, I don’t think the host of this podcast would want me as a consumer judging by her clear biases. So, it can be enjoyable as long as you ca mute her liberalism. But I can’t and pretty sure she would find me abhorrent so 🤷‍♀️ The Giuffre episode was my last attempt to enjoy this podcast. Lots of luck.

Jenni Konner is an abuser

I still enjoy the podcast from time to time but I feel like it has slowly pivoted into being about reality TV. I know other topics are covered too but I really miss when the focus was on women-centric celebrity memoirs.

Not only is the subject matter interesting, Chelsea, her guests and producers do a great job of challenging one another and injecting different viewpoints. I also really admire Chelsea for not shying away from feedback and keeping the podcast within an appropriate topical scope to allow everyone to enjoy it - yes, it’s feminist but doesn’t make the reductive assumption that all feminists align on everything else.
