Christopher possibly saved my life years ago when rampant anxiety was crippling my ability to get rest. I had no idea sleep hypnosis was a thing. And it worked, pretty much from day one. My sleep isn’t perfect, but it is a lot easier to get there. I am so so grateful. I believe he really cares/is super knowledgeable and there is something very authentic about his work because of it.

An excellent sleepy-time podcast—beautifully done. The stories are especially well thought out, carefully crafted, and flow in a way that gently guides you into relaxation. They’re calming without being repetitive, and you can tell real care went into the writing. The narrator’s soothing voice paired with the extended soft music at the end makes it the perfect way to unwind and drift off to sleep. Highly recommend.
