I tried it 3 times and in every occasion Id wake up in the middle of the night to the spine chilling (annoying) whispering reading. It was hard to shake it off in the middle of the night. Hard to fall sleep, relax and most importantly get that voice and feeling out of my head. I don’t recommend this podcast if you want to fall asleep peacefully.
