I was just diagnosed with ADHD just about 2 years ago!! I was told my whole life it was depression and anxiety! But I got a new doctor that truly listened to me!! Tried a non stimulant medication first didn’t do much for me! Then she decided to put me on a stimulant works wonders!! The thing is I didn’t know what all came with ADHD!! This podcast really opened my eyes and Is truly helping me understand it and how to manage it better!! So thankful for this podcast

Not good for people with ADHD

Tried listening to one episode but was met with 3-5 ads and I didn’t make it through the ads to get to the episode bc I have ADHD. Probably the worst way to start a show for people with attention issues.

Thank you, thank you!

I struggle every day to try and learn how to navigate my ADHD. This podcast has been so helpful, not just to help me feel validated, but with practical tips and I love all of the guest episodes. Great podcast!

Good in theory.

The amount of ads in this podcast is absolutely overwhelming. Sometimes it feels like it’s a 50:50 ratio content to ads/plugs.
