Well Dan, I don’t have a lot of expectations and artwork for every episode isn’t one. However, I do expect a greater degree of ethical behavior from a couple of law professors than using The Machine Designed to Break Copyright.

Deep analysis and crisp audio

As a civil litigator practicing primarily in federal court, I find Divided Argument consistently enlightening. Dan Epps and Will Baude dig into legal issues with real depth and nuance, and their banter makes even dense topics genuinely fun to follow. The production quality is excellent too, crisp, clear audio throughout. It’s become one of my favorite podcasts to listen to while mowing the lawn or walking my English springer spaniel. Highly recommend for anyone who wants smart, substantive legal commentary without the fluff.

Your KBJ commentary

I very much respect your perspectives and I generally enjoy the episodes, but perhaps there is a blind spot you are not seeing. Both of you consistently, in episode after episode, dismiss Justice KBJ’s opinions. You both seem to almost revel in it. I am sure you will deny it but in a moment of honest self reflection, you might want to look into that. It is my only sore point about the entire podcast.

I work for DOJ and listen to the show during my commute to and from work. It is my favorite podcast.

Royal Flush

Long time listener, always enjoy the podcast as you stumble roughshod over general morals to explain where the court is coming from. But honestly.. you guys are clearly flush with cash given your career choices.. do we really need the ai generated covers for these episodes? They are always fitting, but equally devoid of life. Hire an artist.. although I suppose if trampling about to fit pieces into holes comes so naturally.. Who cares.
