Journey Through Time

A million “Thank you’s” for your super informative pod cast ! I especially enjoyed the series about McCarthyism and the one about Chernobyl. I love the idea of you guys doing a series of podcasts about the best (and worst) books and movies that explore the most important historical events in the world !

I have 2 don’t miss history items- this is one . Ignore the dour critics who think droning on unrelatedly to culture or psychological aspects of the people in the historical events is what should be delivered. It will be better, educated and more insightful about today’s event events if you listen to this excellent podcast.

Excellent historical and cultural analysis. The best goalhanger podcast in my opinion. The older goalhanger podcasts are becoming victims of their own success - leaning too heavily on the host’s personalities, inside jokes, and guests who are promoting books. In contrast, journey through time feels more like a conversation between friends who are deeply interested in and knowledgeable of the episode subjects. The variety in topics is also refreshing.

Sarah Churchill seems to think this is a comedy podcast, constantly attempting humor that falls so flat! I love how the guy host just tunes her out and plows on through with the informantion ignoring her feeble attempts. Please drop her, she is dragging this wondeful show down quickly!!

Please dear god tell me we’re not in for 5 more episodes of this guy saying NUCULAR.
