A must-listen for anyone feeling disconnected

AlwaysOnAPlane•9/23/2026

Meghan has a way of giving voice to what we’re all feeling on our own.

Connect effect

Jody Green•9/17/2026

I loved this conversation. There was something so honest and human about hearing Megan and Riaz talk about The Connect Effect and what it really means to feel connected to other people. I’m going through a period in my own life where I’ve felt incredibly disconnected, and this episode gave language to something I haven’t really known how to explain. We talk so much about loneliness, but there’s a difference between being alone and feeling disconnected. You can have friends, family, work, a million texts coming through your phone and still feel like you’ve somehow lost your connection to the people and world around you. What I loved about this conversation is that it didn’t make that feeling seem unusual or something you’re supposed to just fix. It made me realize how many of us are probably walking around feeling some version of the same thing. Sometimes hearing someone articulate what you’re feeling is enough to make you feel a little less alone in it. This episode did that for me. ❤️

Such a Fun, Honest, and Human Conversation

EJ and I had an absolute blast being guests on Meghan Judge’s podcast! Meghan is a wonderful host and interviewer, warm, curious, funny, and genuinely invested in helping people. What stood out most was her humanness. She creates the kind of space where you can laugh, be vulnerable, and talk honestly about the things we all experience but don’t always say out loud. There’s a real sense in her work that none of us are alone and that, at the end of the day, we really do have each other. Thank you, Meghan, for such a fun and meaningful conversation. We can’t wait to return the favor and have you and your hubby join us on the *Relationship Renovation Podcast*! — Tarah & EJ Kerwin Relationship Renovation
