The show, er programme is always exquisitely detailed classy review of all things cinema: present, trendy, indy, past, obscure, streaming, in Cinema halls, Drive ins, bedroom TVs, only on DVD or VHS, 16mm, only in your imagination. I wonder if the incels complaining that the show is too political notice it’s categorized under Society and Culture. That might overlap with politics sometimes big fella. For the adults in the room, this is a fantastic show about movies (including how they might be digested by other people outside of ones own pea sized narcissistic brain). Thoughtful, funny, incisive, and brilliant.

Just let them talk. Everything is going to be all right in the end. Also, discover films you haven’t heard of and music you haven’t heard of. (For instance, the Wombats, Pugwash, the Divine Comedy, and the Duckworth Lewis Method. ) Tickity-tonk, etc.
