Leafs Talk

10/10

I was going to listen to the last podcast of the year and hear this group talk about the leafs off season moves, but as it started the hosts just went off on Yankee fans. I found their comments to be ignorant and certainly not from a real sports fans perspective. Now I understand why the rest Canada hates the leafs. I am a Cape Bretoner who has been residing in NYC for the past 25 years. I grew up with Dave steib, Jim Clancy and Ernie Whitt so I appreciate the jays history, but for me to see these guys question a fan wearing a Gehrig jersey (and I get the name on the back argument which falls flat) has me questioning their authenticity. You are better than that.

As a Penguins fan who loves hockey, stumbling across Steve Dangle has turned me into a leafs fan as well! Love this show as well as Real Kyper and Bourne! Greenville, South Carolina Represent!!!

I’ve given a few Leafs-based podcasts a listen - this is the one that continues to bring energy, perspective, & humor each episode! Even my Sabres-loving kiddos enjoy the listen!

I can’t wait to listen to podcast after each game. Great takes and very entertaining!
