After my divorce at age 48, I made a lot of dating mistakes. Eventually, I wised up and tuned in to Dr. Morgan. After binging a bunch of episodes, I decided that the ESL program was what I needed. It was great, I did the work. The results were not instant. HOWEVER…it simply took time for the lessons and the journaling and the nervous system reset to take hold and start steering me in the right direction. And I allowed for the time it took. I was patient, and didn’t feel the need to date constantly. What Dr. Morgan says is so true about being able to rewire our brains to allow for healthy relationships. It took about a year of processing what I had learned, and continuing to refine what I was looking for in a partner, before I met a man that I can say, I absolutely love and accept for who he is, and he does the same for me. We are very compatible, and he has the CAPACITY and the desire to build a strong relationship with me. Our relationship is balanced, loving, fun, passionate, consistent (!), kind, thoughtful and CALM. The men I dated before doing this important work are not people I would look twice at today. I know what I deserve, and I am so happy with the new direction my life is taking. He is not my “everything”, we are not “obsessed” with each other—things that society tells us are what we all want. Instead, we are individuals with full lives AND we bring so much added happiness and fulfillment to each other. I cannot thank Dr. Morgan and her team enough for helping me navigate my way to healing. This podcast is a life saver. ♥️

Relatable important relationship advice

I’m sorry I haven’t written a review earlier. I’ve been listening for more than a year. And thank goodness. Dr. Morgan has helped me through my breakup of my long distance, avoidant partner, and I am so grateful for her content and her empowered secure love program. The hard truths series, now that I’ve been out of my relationship for a while, she is right on target. I would have loved to have heard number three in particular far sooner because we can always justify confusion and the pain of a break up later down the road is greater than breaking up when someone tells you they are confused. My journey to secure attachment style continues, and I’m so glad that Dr. Morgan is with me on this journey.
