I’m not gonna lie, ever since I’ve been listening to these meditations lately, I’ve feel so calm and I always follow it. When I was in 9th grade I was scrolling once on TikTok that’s when I found Michael, since then I started listening to it almost everyday, and I certainly don’t miss the meditations at 5:00 every Tuesday, so I’m going to continue listening to these podcasts and the mini meditations on TikTok as well!
