Interesting, enlightening, and full of so many things I wish we’d been taught growing up.

Great series!

I love how digestible life kit is and love love the host! I’m a teacher and use many episodes for class assignments!

Grateful for this podcast

I consistently learn from this podcast even when I think the topic is fairly basic and I feel confident I’m fairly knowledgeable about a topic. For example, I thought I would not learn much from the episodes about exercise and running because I regularly run marathons and practice yoga many times a week. Yet, I learned some super practical tips that I probably knew years ago but hadn’t incorporated into my routines- like including a cool down, eating more protein, etc. This is a terrific podcast!

Like the variety

As a retired person, I am not so much in need of podcasts about how to reduce stress or raise the kids. I do appreciate the wide variety of topics that you cover, so I can pick the ones that are most relevant to me. For example, procrastination! As soon as we retire, we think we're going to clean out the garage. That does not happen. I appreciated the one about making buying decisions because now that I'm retired, I don't have as much money to just buy on a whim. Good overview on how to think about spending. Anyway, I appreciate the wide variety. I hope you keep addressing different demographics.
