Excellent practical advice and support for older nurslings

This podcast is gold for a variety of breastfeeding topics. I have found particular value in the stories of mothers who have breastfed during pregnancy, tandem fed, and/or breastfed a child into the toddler or preschool years. Listening to the practicalities of what this can look like was incredibly helpful for me as navigated that stage myself. Emma’s discussions with parents span almost any breastfeeding challenge, offering support for just about any situation. I highly recommend this podcast to parents who are breastfeeding or plan to breastfeed.

I started listening to this podcast as a new mom who really struggled with breastfeeding pain the first three months of my baby’s life and I wish I had listened antenatally! Emma is a thoughtful host and she and her guests share valuable information for all parents and science nerds! Thank you 🙏🏻

I am coming to the end of my journey so I will probably be unsubscribing until I decide to have another, but I really value the information that I’ve learned in regards to weaning. We still have a long ways to go before we’re fully weaned but I have so many things in my tool belt and a fresh perspective. I wish I had found this podcast before I even started breastfeeding instead of stumbling through those early days.
