my fave show to listen to!
Hot Water has quickly become one of my favorite podcasts and such a great addition to my weekly listens. I love the mix of health, TCM, integrative wellness, and so many other topics that I probably wouldn’t have explored on my own. Sara Jane brings on such a diverse range of guests, all with completely different perspectives and areas of expertise, which keeps every episode interesting. She’s inquisitive and asks thoughtful questions that lead to really great conversations. I always walk away having learned something new or with something I want to incorporate into my own life. Such a refreshing, thoughtful, and enjoyable listen!
Unqualified to give health or medical advise
She’s not a licensed acupuncturist, herbalist, or medical doctor but a business woman with something to sell. Shes not a trained feng shui practitioner either. Stay for the anecdotes of a new Angelino discovering ‘new age,’ but go elsewhere for health advice.
Learn and be entertained
Love listening to this podcast. Sara Jane Ho’s giggle is adorable and her grace and charm are so quaint. She is lady like yet so real. I am leaning about Chinese tcm and I’m here for it.
My new favorite podcast
I’m so pleased that I stumbled upon this podcast. Every episode I’ve listened to and it’s been quite a few., has been entertaining, educational, and different, which I appreciate. Even if the episode seems like it’s a topic I’m not interested in I still listen and I always learn something new.
Eat To Heal Review
I look forward to Sara Jane’s new episodes each week and the latest one with Serena Poon was no disappointment! I enjoyed hearing her personal story about her parents and how that led her to taking initiative to better her health from the inside out. For the past couple years I have made it a point to shop at local farmers markets and increase variation in my meals and this episode confirmed I’m on the right path towards living well. Thanks for your insight and expertise!
