I really like the episode with Esther about love and marriage. I’m looking forward to the future ones you mentioned!

Please release pod earlier than 8am

Everything is great! I’ve been a longtime follower of Mr. Brooks, and I think this podcast is an absolutely wonderful idea. Just one small suggestion: would it be possible to release the podcast earlier than 8:00 AM on Mondays? For early risers and go-getters, many of us start our day as early as the birds. By 8:00—or sometimes even after 9:00—it can feel a bit late for us early bird listeners. Thank you so much. I truly appreciate all the topics and insights you share!

Great show

My favorite (new to me) podcast. I love that Arthur asks us to learn about the components of happiness, apply that knowledge to our lives, and then share that knowledge with others…the best way to learn.

Insightful and useful information

I love Office Hours with Arthur Brooks. I’ve shared some insights with my husbands and try to model what I’m learning. My only issue with the podcast is there isn’t a distinct break between the podcast and ads. Most podcasts let the listener know there’s going to be an ad break and when they’ve returned- with a jingle, or an announcement. However, this podcast seamlessly goes into the ad and it’s confusing because you think you’re still listening to what Arthur is explaining, but it’s actually an ad.

Too much religion

I started following after I heard Arthur Brooks on Trevor Noah’s podcast, but after a few episodes, I’m just not into it. Way too much religion way too much schilling for his book and his paid questionnaires and not enough science. Kind of think he might be a little bit of a grifter.
