Normalizing Israel’s Genocide

Enviere8/19/2025

Long time listener, but finally dumping the pod. I can’t take people seriously who platform folks who lie/downplay the genocide being carried out by Israel in Gaza. There’s no “both sides” to starving children and bombing hospitals, despite this podcast’s desperate attempt to pretend there is.

Goodbye Alex R

I know it’s a serious podcast and all but Alex Rees has such a sexy voice when he reads the closing credits…! Thank you and good luck with your next adventure. (Love the rest of you as well).

My go-to for news

Urbanite761/11/2024

I LOVE Oh God, What Now? The world is so DARK right now, so sometimes I have trouble getting up the *will* to face the news. I love this pod because it’s a fresh take that acts as a “spoon full of sugar” as I keep up-to-date of what’s going on in the world. That’s why it’s my go-to for news, never miss an episode!

Wow

In the first minutes of this week’s episode, I was shocked by Alex Andreou’s analysis of the stance to take on Israel’s bombings. So calculating, and not a second spent considering the humanity of the civilians being bombarded. While we are “nudging” Netanyahu towards the right direction, people are dying, thousands of them.
