Old Gods of Appalachia

Hello family…
This is my go-to podcast when I want to temporarily escape ookey reality for ookey campfire-type stories. Each one is well produced and I am usually binging each season’s worth of episodes like I would read “just one more chapter before I turn off the lights and go to sleep” back in the 80s & 90s. Many of the settings are near enough to places I have lived in my 55+ years above the dirt so I can easily picture most story scenes in my mind’s eye.
Praise them
And pass the plate
Nope
Tried episode one of season one and couldn’t get past the stupid, Put on drawl. Lame, boring. The voice distracts.

And pass the plate.
