So helpful!!

This described the relationship dynamic we were stuck in so well and is helping us change the dynamic. She explains it in such a great and non-judgmental way that we can both simultaneously feel validated and better understand each other. Highly recommend if you feel you and/or your partner relate to any of the insecure attachment styles!

Love it

I wish I had all of this information earlier. I thought I was learning how to adjust to my partner but more so I learned about what I was doing wrong. She’s not trying to sell you anything, she just helped me understand my partner. So many others come at it from a judgmental stance, but this one is just helping you understand. She really is wonderful

Never Too Late

I’m currently going through a horrendous relationship change that I’m hoping doesn’t end in a breakup; however, most likely it will. Finding Stephanie’s podcast has been a breath of fresh air. My anxiety has gotten to a point that is no longer “normal” and I’m feeling myself getting more and more stressed. Some of the tools that I’ve already learned from just a few episodes have been hugely helpful and calming my nervous system, slowing my reactions, and giving me a bit of peace, knowing that I am not the only one going through this.

Massively unqualified

Taking her advice on relationship dynamics is like taking sobriety tips from an active alcoholic. No personal judgement on choosing to stay married to the person you procreated with but she can’t see the forest for the trees. She’s in an unhealthy dynamic and can’t even fathom looking at that because that’s the father of her children. Which fair play, but don’t pretend to be some expert. Of which she literally isn’t, she doesn’t have qualifications. She’s made them up herself. Which hey, if you’re into that kind of thing.
