Oh, I never thought that I would miss the Matlab and and Indeed sponsorship messages. I pine for the days that I could listen to On Point without hearing full on commercials for Biore and Liberty Mutual. Have you replaced the CPB funding yet?

I don’t know why the author thought it was so funny that he got sucked down a rabbit hole the first time he used a sport betting app. Are we supposed to think, “Oh, how silly.” I don’t get it.

Interesting topics, I learn so much from this podcast.

Did not appreciate yesterday’s story about the paranormal. When the guest said “trust yourself but also don’t trust yourself” at the end, my heart ached for all of the people out there who have witnessed paranormal phenomena. The kind of language used to ensure an experiencer doesn’t trust their own intuition—taking into consideration all the “what could be an explanation for this”—honestly resembles the rise of anguish that created the #metoo movement. There are SO many people studying this phenomenon (and of course, there are times when a paranormal experience can be explainable in our paradigm). I truly hope you give equal weight to this topic by including one of them on your show. Leaving your listeners with the suggestion to not trust themselves just turns people off. The conversation is moving forward on this entire topic, please make an attempt to catch up to it.

I listen literally every day at work. I do tedious manual labor, so intellectually stimulating programming like this is a godsend through my headphones. Sincerely incredible interviews and great array of topics. Hats off to Meghna and the whole team for making this show happen. Best radio show in the game
