Optimist Economy

Optimist Economy found me in my TikTok FYP and immediately grabbed my attention with insightful sound bites but the full length episodes have really hooked me; I’ve probably sent ten episodes to friends to listen to as I find the discussions about policy and economics capturing things that we are all intrinsically feeling but have struggle articulating. It’s also so refreshing to hear that many of our (societally self-imposed) economic problems have simple, within reach solutions if we demand them! Highly recommend for those who want to hear a blend of policy, economics, and humor.

Super reasoned conversations, treated with clarity and an ability to explain the toughest concepts in an easy way. Love the questions and answers, I find myself wondering a lot of the same things.

Katherine Anne Edwards is the best host, especially because she sticks up for the people for Ohio while calling out Kasich for being a terrible governor without saying his name. Robin is fantastic, too. Both of these hosts deserve spiritual and financial sponsors. I hope Katherine continues to enjoy her big piggy house (inside joke).

This podcast makes me laugh (always), but also teaches me new things about the economy. Katherine explains things so well and makes it very relevant to my daily life. Highly recommend!!
