Amazing insight

Amazing podcast and smart hosts. To the people freaking out about the AirPod situation grow the F up. One bad judgment call doesn’t make nullify a persons good deeds/ morality/ qualifications. Dr Naomi is clearly a kind person who leans more innocent in nature and I believe that’s the reason she didn’t fully think about the danger aspect of the situation. And for the record I asked a few people’s opinions on this and it was definitely a 50/50 opinion outcome and is not necessarily black and white.

Long time listener

The AirPods story was off the mark and hard to listen to, but I am a long time listener and generally really enjoy the show.

Childless by choice

Adding a suggestion to a previous review below: consider using more accurate episode titles. (This also applies to U Up.) “Is my pain in my head?” was more about a medical provider’s questionable advice, not guidance on experiencing pain. I know that is a more clinical question and thought that segment would be about either the emotional toll of physical pain or perhaps an intention for when pain is experienced. (Previous review) Responding to Jordana’s initial reaction to this listener’s issue (“they’re just trying to compliment you”). I’m so glad Dr. Naomi validated the listener’s response and spoke to the nuance of being childless amongst so many women who have kids. Saying, “it must be nice…” is passive aggressive and about as complimentary as telling someone they’re too skinny. This situation really highlighted Dr. Naomi’s professionalism and the experience she brings to the show. I do think it’s odd that they rate people’s triggers though. Being triggered is so subjective.

Insulated advice

Bananas2011•8/13/2026

I listened up until the Airpods story. It is incredibly thoughtless to request an Uber driver to get her Airpods, which were her fault (or her husband’s fault) for losing, especially in Texas. It is wild they edited this section out and have not addressed this. Also, their advice seems very insulated due to their wealthy upbringing and sometimes is insensitive.
