Planet Money found a way to make getting into the economic weeds interesting and easy to follow. My friends already think I’m the smart one…now it’s true (a little bit).

I am so glad I stumbled upon this Podcast series. I wish I would have found them early. But I have been on a listening binge ever since. Hello Planet Money! This years Summer School may be my favorite yet. Economic history has always been a love of mine. I love love the topics you’re covering this year. The first segment of Episode 2, about the labor power shift during the Black Death, is very intriguing. If you haven’t already seen it, Netflix has a series about that exact topic. It’s well stocked with excellent actors that bring all the feels and good comedy to a very dark time. Check it out if you haven’t already.
