It’s just…. Not well made

Some of the content is valuable, but I can’t get past the delivery. She sounds like she’s reading and unsure of herself. The ads in her voice are even worse. Introducing some professionalism into the production would help a lot. It leaves me feeling like she doesn’t really know what she’s talking about.
