I’ve only recently started listening to relationship podcasts, and I came across these 3 therapists (they took over the podcast at the beginning of 2025). I’ve listened to approximately 20 of their shows so far, and it’s been better for me than previous in-person therapy and app-therapy (i.e. Liven). They are so honest and down-to-earth! It’s like listening to three friends discuss relationship issues in the healthiest way! They’ve really helped me feel understood and are helping me connect with myself so I can better connect with all my relationships (romantic, family, friendships, etc). I’m so glad I came across this podcast!

Please check this podcast out ASAP!!

Good suggestions !

Started listening with most recent episodes and moving backwards. Good suggestions given in mostly layman’s vocabulary in mostly down to earth manner. I find one of the ladies a little overbearing - but not badly enough that I can’t listen . I can overlook her tone and subtle condescending manner because the suggestions and content are of good quality and helpful. Overall this podcast is quite helpful and I appreciate the hosts taking the time to put it together to offer their expertise to others for free.
