Ken makes himself vulnerable to his audience and his guests, and in doing so he lights a path to a healthy, productive, and genuinely fun mindset — one that helps me bring my best to work, to training, and to my wife and kids. His guests are outstanding, with stories that are epic in scope but still land on a human level. The products Ken endorses are legit, too. Smart purchases I've made on his recommendation: Helix mattress, Roka performance glasses, Rho Nutrition NAD+, and Currex insoles. Nothing but respect for Ken for refusing to let age — or any other external circumstance — get in the way of hammering every day.

Inspirational and Raw

I learned so much from this podcast. It was reassuring to realize I’m not the only “psycho sports Dad” out there and that I probably need to chill out a little. Everyone should donate to Chris’s charity. They’re doing God’s work. Anytime Ken has guests from Boston on, it’s an automatic must-listen. There’s a special, hard-to-explain bond between people who grew up there that just makes the conversations better. The guests are so natural and authentic it feels like you’re sitting at the bar with old friends catching up.

The podcast I’ve been waiting for since Ken joined Nick Bare on the Bare Performance Podcast a few years back. Keep up the great work, Ken!
