Scott Sigler Slices: MIX TAPE VOL. 1

I binged the first 2 seasons in a matter of days. I was surprised that a single and that being the author could reign in my attention. So, although not my usual fiction podcast go-to, love it. AND. And I am writing this review because it makes ZERO SNESE HKW I.P. Could be so absurdly powerful this far into the life of this story without the Bastion or someone else stepping in when they are so clearly not on the side of good in any capacity. The recent episodes are making this hard to listen to. I used to listen first thing on Sunday. The last couple of months I’ve let a few stack up and even skipped ahead at times because it just does not make sense for one lone character to be wiping entire groups of HL characters at one go out of the blue.

He said, “Vinegar Strokes” during the most recent intro. The fact that he is a fan of the league makes me love his work that much more. This story is some awesome and I feel like i’m waiting on Christmas for each new episode.

I’ve been listening to Scott Sigler since the beginning of the podcast. His stories are always entertaining. He’s got thrilling sci-fi, finely-written action, heart-pounding horror, sly humor and totally engaging characters in every one. I’ve cheered and cried with his characters as they handle the changes of life we all go through. It’s always fun to see what Scott will give us next.

Stories resemble a high school adolescence writer, a mixture of gratuitous violence and soft core immature perv. Should have figured a full grown man who writes such juvenile tripe would whine about how he left X//Twitter because he might be exposed to thought that would challenge his adolescent mindset. Usually I let the commercials play because I know that is how content creators get paid but no longer for Soy Boy.

Deer camp is just what I needed! Love it feels like it’s my home town friends. Love from middle Michigan!
