This podcast has given me peace in my health and wellness journey. Deep thankful and it sounds genuine like talking to a friend no fancy production annoying sponsors every 5 min etc. I wanted to ask you a topic idea: perimenopause and menopause. I am a 30+ woman and there is new content for me on helpful things to do when I hit the stage of peri or menopause. Some sound great but others too restrictive. The market for women here is huge. My diet culture alerts are sounding and I was wondering about yours. Again thank you !!’
