Very effective
I’ve been listening for a couple months. Most nights, I fall sleep within a few minutes. There have a been a few episodes I’ve skipped- the bees and the motorway episodes were not calming to me, as well as the one about the last experiences. However, I was easily able to find another episode to suit me. Definitely recommend!

Not clear.
I am hard of hearing, number one. The audio isn’t clear for me. The tone is definitely soothing but I am constantly rewinding to make it all come together.
