Only reason I gave this a 2 is because it is way too short otherwise it would have been a 5. It actually keeps me awake because I just as I'm about to drift off I get startled awake by some random loud commercial.
If you can sleep to loud commercials then go for it.

I’m not loving the sped up version of T.D. Jake’s voice. It’s not calming, it sounds rushed. Did you A.I. his voice? Bring back the normal version.
