A deep dive into Article III

Gregorius_Maximus12/21/2025

The federal judiciary is an undervalued subject in public school civics courses. This is a good place to learn more about Article III of the U.S. Constitution and its activities. The Supreme Court is the institution that settles constitutional controversies (the cases fortunate enough to make it this far). Listening to the Justices’ questions and the lawyers’ arguments, one will gain insight into the mind of the Court and the complexities with which it is regularly subjected. Far from boring, SCOTUS cases are fascinating and educational.

There are many podcasts of Supreme Court arguments, this one is the fastest to upload (same day) and provides the most helpful links in the episode notes (docket, scotusblog, etc.). Thank you.

Thanks
