Sword and Scale

Sword and Scale is hands down one of the best true-crime podcasts out there. The storytelling, research, and attention to detail are incredible, and the way the cases are presented keeps you completely hooked. It doesn’t just scratch the surface—it really gets into the details and the darker sides of these cases. I’ve listened to a lot of true crime over the years, and Sword and Scale consistently stands out. If you’re a true-crime fan, this podcast is absolutely worth checking out. One of the few podcasts I never hesitate to recommend!

Used to be a favorite podcast, then the conclusion of episodes were locked behind a paywall. Don’t start an episode on free and finish it where I have to pay. No longer following or listening.

Whenever I recommend this podcast to someone (which is often), I say “the host is kind a jerk, but in an awesome way.” I love this show, keep shaming these real monsters!

I’ve been listening to your podcasts almost every day since I subscribed. While I’m at work I need this. But I just wanna say. When you laugh - it makes me laugh so much. I think you’re hilarious and clever and definitely a sashole. I enjoy the podcast very much - it’s better than any of the other ones I’ve listened to. I hope it never ends but I do live in reality. So anyways - keep doing what you’re doing as long as you love doing it. Stay safe out there !

So I stumble across this show I listen to an episode and before the story is concluded, it just ends. Then I find out I have to pay to hear the episode that it ends in. Why would I subscribe to a show like this?
