Talking Sopranos

I was a fan of the show and now I’m a super fan. Plus all the inside info and stories about tv and movies and culture. Michael and Steve don’t hold back.

Growing up in NJ/NY, you understand conversationalist as “interupters” like Steve. However, this is just exhausting to listen to. It’s chaotic and disorganized. Michael offers a very calming and inviting environment when talking about the show. He is giving people what they want to learn as fans and Steve comes in like a freight train giving the listener whiplash and leaving them overstimulated. It comes off as disrespectful and unwilling to let Michael share a full thought or sentence. It was such a great concept. Such a shame

If you are doing a Soprano’s rewatch, there isn’t a better complement than what Steve and Michael provide! Great guests, awesome anecdotes and only these two could fill in the many blanks that you are left with after each episode. 5 of 5 stars!

Big thank you to hosts Michael and Steven and the team behind this fun, illuminating and wholly exceptional podcast. I hadn’t seen The Sopranos since it ended and when I found this podcast just a couple months ago, I started rewatching. It’s so hard not to binge, and I’m only a couple episodes ahead of where I am with the pod, now late in season two, but I want to try and be in sync. This is just perfect and I can’t thank you enough.

One day of the best Bluebloods podcasts out there. Haha just kidding, sometimes they also talk about sandwiches. Seriously though love the podcast, great work Steve and Michael!
